Summary: Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) proposes to revise System of Records NRC 16, which includes Privacy Act records regarding facility operator licensees, to reflect the NRC's issuance of a final rule establishing a new risk-informed, technology-inclusive regulatory framework for advanced reactors.
