NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: POWERTECH USA, INC.; DEWEY-BURDOCK IN SITU URANIUM RECOVERY PROJECT; ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT, FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT, AND FINAL PROGRAMMATIC AGREEMENT

WASHINGTON, June 17 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Powertech USA, Inc.; Dewey-Burdock In Situ Uranium Recovery Project; Environmental Assessment, Finding of No Significant Impact, and Final Programmatic Agreement.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 17 by Robert Sun, Chief, Environmental Review Materials Branch, Division of Spent Fuel Storage, and Transportation, Office of Nuclear Material Safety, and Safeguards.
