NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: LAST ENERGY, INC; PHASED CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION-LIMITED WORK AUTHORIZATION

WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Last Energy, Inc; Phased Construction Permit Application-Limited Work Authorization.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 5 by Jeffrey Rady, Chief, Advanced Reactor Licensing Branch 4, Division of Advanced Reactor Licensing, Office of Advanced Reactors.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received the first part of a two-part phased construction permit application from Last Energy, Inc, (Last Energy), requesting a limited work authorization (LWA) for a proposed utilization facility at the Caldwell Site in Caldwell County, Texas.
