NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: SCHEDULING INFORMATION FOR THE LICENSING OF ACCIDENT TOLERANT, HIGHER BURNUP, AND INCREASED ENRICHMENT FUELS

WASHINGTON, March 31 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Scheduling Information for the Licensing of Accident Tolerant, Higher Burnup, and Increased Enrichment Fuels.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 31 by Heather Dempsey, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, "Scheduling Information for the Licensing of Accident Tolerant, Higher Burnup, and Increased Enrichment Fuels."
