NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: SAFEGUARDS ON NUCLEAR MATERIAL, IMPLEMENTATION OF US/IAEA AGREEMENT

WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Safeguards on Nuclear Material, Implementation of US/IAEA Agreement.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Heather Dempsey, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, "Safeguards on Nuclear Material, Implementation of US/IAEA Agreement."
