NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INFORMATION COLLECTION: NONDISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF SEX IN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OR ACTIVITIES RECEIVING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

WASHINGTON, May 14 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Information Collection: Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Educational Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 14 by Heather Dempsey, Acting NRC Clearance Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Summary: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) invites public comment on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing collection of information.
