WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Blue Energy Global, Inc.; Blue Energy Center-Port of Victoria Nuclear Unit 1; Phased Construction Permit Application-Limited Work Authorization.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 8 by Jorge Hernandez Munoz, Acting Chief, Advanced Reactor Licensing Branch 4, Division of Advanced Reactor Licensing, Office of Advanced Reactors.
