NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: APPLICATIONS FOR AMENDMENTS TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSES INVOLVING PROPOSED NO SIGNIFICANT HAZARDS CONSIDERATION DETERMINATION AND CONTAINING SENSITIVE UNCLASSIFIED NON-SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION AND ORDER IMPOSING PROCEDURES FOR ACCESS TO SENSITIVE UNCLASSIFIED NON-SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION

WASHINGTON, April 21 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Applications for Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses Involving Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Containing Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information and Order Imposing Procedures for Access to Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 21 by Carrie Safford, Secretary of the Commission.
