WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Applications for Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses Involving Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Containing Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information and Order Imposing Procedures for Access to Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 24 by Carrie Safford, Secretary of the Commission.
