WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Application for Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses Involving Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Containing Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information and Order Imposing Procedures for Access to Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information.
