NORTHERN BORDER REGIONAL COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: INTEGRATE THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT INTO THE NORTHERN BORDER REGIONAL COMMISSION'S (NBRC) DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES

WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Northern Border Regional Commission has issued a notice called: Integrate the National Environmental Policy Act Into the Northern Border Regional Commission's (NBRC) Decision-Making Processes.
