Description: Richmond Community College Intends To Construct A Truck Driver Training Range At 21501 Charles Craft Ln, Laurinburg, Nc 28352. The Parcel Consists Of Approximately 5.85 Acres. Current Small Structures At The Site Will Be Torn Down And An Approximate 1,700 Square Foot Building Will Be Constructed Which Will Consist Of Offices, Bathrooms, And A Breakroom/meeting Room. Site Work Improvements Will Be Made To Allow For Truck Driving Maneuvers And Training.
