Description: The North Carolina Department Of Transportation (ncdot) Materials And Tests Unit (m&t) Is Seeking To Purchase Eighty-five (85) Portable Moisture-density Gauges, Capable Of Performing Field Measurements Of Asphalt, Soil, And Base Materials With Accuracy Comparable To Currently Accepted Nuclear Gauges. In Addition, The Vendor Shall Dispose Of The Existing Nuclear Density Gauges Currently In Use By Ncdot And Provide Training Of The New Portable Moisture-density Gauges.
