Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Ranking Member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, Rep. Bobby Scott (D-Va.), Ranking Member of the House Committee on Education and Workforce, and 188 members of Congress called on Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F.
