WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Proposed Plan of Operations; Joshua Tree National Park, CA.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Aaron Dowe, Deputy Regional Director, Interior Regions 8, 9, 10, and 12.

Summary: The National Park Service is giving notice to the public that First Class Miners Inc. has filed a proposed plan to use personal vehicles on two roads within Joshua Tree National Park to reach mining claims located outside the park.
