NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ISSUES NOTICE: NOTICE OF INVENTORY COMPLETION: OFFICE OF THE STATE ARCHAEOLOGIST BIOARCHAEOLOGY PROGRAM, UNIVERSITY OF IOWA, IOWA CITY, IA

WASHINGTON, May 5 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Inventory Completion: Office of the State Archaeologist Bioarchaeology Program, University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 5 by Melanie O'Brien, Manager, National NAGPRA Program.

Summary: In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Office of the State Archaeologist Bioarchaeology Program (OSA-BP) has completed an inventory of human remains and has determined that there is no lineal descendant and no Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization with cultural affiliation.
