WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- National Park Service has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Mining and Mining Claims and Non-Federal Oil and Gas Rights.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by Phadrea Ponds, Information Collection Clearance Officer, National Park Service.

Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we, the National Park Service (NPS, we) are proposing to renew a currently approved information collection without changes.
