WASHINGTON, March 25 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Pacific Halibut Fisheries; Catch Sharing Plan; 2026 Annual Management Measures.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 25 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
