NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: MAGNUSON-STEVENS FISHERY CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT ACT PROVISIONS; FISHERIES OF THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES; FRAMEWORK ADJUSTMENT 18 TO THE SUMMER FLOUNDER, SCUP, AND BLACK SEA BASS FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN

WASHINGTON, April 28 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Provisions; Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Framework Adjustment 18 to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 28 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
