NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: FISHERIES OF THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES; MONKFISH; FRAMEWORK ADJUSTMENT 17

WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Monkfish; Framework Adjustment 17.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: Through this action, NMFS is implementing specifications and management measures in Framework Adjustment 17 to the Monkfish Fishery Management Plan (FMP).
