NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: FISHERIES OF THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES; FRAMEWORK ADJUSTMENT 17 TO THE MACKEREL, SQUID, AND BUTTERFISH FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN

WASHINGTON, April 27 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Framework Adjustment 17 to the Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Fishery Management Plan.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 27 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
