NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: FISHERIES OF THE CARIBBEAN, GULF OF AMERICA, AND SOUTH ATLANTIC; REEF FISH FISHERY OF THE GULF OF AMERICA; 2026-2027 RECREATIONAL CLOSURE FOR GREATER AMBERJACK

WASHINGTON, June 1 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a rule called: Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of America, and South Atlantic; Reef Fish Fishery of the Gulf of America; 2026-2027 Recreational Closure for Greater Amberjack.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 1 by David R. Blankinship, Acting Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
