WASHINGTON, March 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Reef Fish Fishery of the Gulf of America; Shallow-Water Grouper Management Measures.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 18 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
