WASHINGTON, May 14 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Omnibus Management Flexibility Amendment to New England Fishery Management Council Fishery Management Plans.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 14 by David R. Blankinship, Acting Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
