WASHINGTON, May 1 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Greater Atlantic Region Catch Share Cost Recovery Program Updates.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 1 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
