WASHINGTON, March 16 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; 2026 Chub Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Fishery Specifications.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 16 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
