WASHINGTON, June 5 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of America, and South Atlantic; Shrimp Fishery of the Gulf of America; Amendment 19.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 5 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
