WASHINGTON, May 26 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Electronic Logbook Reporting in Commercial Fisheries of the Gulf of America and Atlantic.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 26 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
