WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Coral, Coral Reefs, and Live/Hardbottom Habitats of the South Atlantic and the Shrimp Fishery of the South Atlantic Region; Amendments 11/12.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 18 by Shannon Bettridge, Acting Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.
