NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: COASTAL MIGRATORY PELAGIC RESOURCES IN THE GULF OF AMERICA AND ATLANTIC REGION; FRAMEWORK AMENDMENT 14

WASHINGTON, July 22 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources in the Gulf of America and Atlantic Region; Framework Amendment 14.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 22 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
