WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Year 1 of the Bremerton Waterfront Infrastructure Improvements Project in Puget Sound, Washington.
