WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to U.S. Coast Guard Fast Response Cutter Homeporting in Sitka, Alaska.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 6 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
