WASHINGTON, June 26 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Bonneville Lock 1 Bridge Replacement Project on the Columbia River in Oregon.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 26 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
