WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Demolition of Pier 10 and Construction of a Crane Weight Test Area Project at U.S. Naval Submarine Base New London.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
