WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Homeporting United States Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutters at Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 23 by Shannon Bettridge, Acting Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
