NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: SOUTH ATLANTIC FISHERY MANAGEMENT COUNCIL, GULF FISHERY MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (COUNCIL)-PUBLIC MEETINGS

WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: South Atlantic Fishery Management Council, Gulf Fishery Management Council (Council)-Public Meetings.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 28 by Rey Israel Marquez, Acting Deputy Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: The South Atlantic and Gulf Fishery Management Councils (Councils) will hold a joint meeting of their Scientific and Statistical Committees (SSC) on October 20, 2026, and the South Atlantic Council will hold a meeting of their SSC from October 20-22, 2026.
