WASHINGTON, April 13 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Notice of Intent To Prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for Identification of Aquaculture Opportunity Areas in Alaska State Waters and Conduct Public Scoping Meetings.
