WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Nominations for Advisory Committee and Species Working Group Technical Advisor Appointments to the U.S. Section to the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas.
