WASHINGTON, July 22 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Listing Endangered or Threatened Species; 90-Day Finding on a Petition to Revise the Critical Habitat Designation for the North Atlantic Right Whale.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 22 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
