NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: IMPLEMENTATION OF FISH AND FISH PRODUCT IMPORT PROVISIONS OF THE MARINE MAMMAL PROTECTION ACTION-NOTIFICATION OF COMPARABILITY FINDINGS

WASHINGTON, May 12 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Implementation of Fish and Fish Product Import Provisions of the Marine Mammal Protection Action-Notification of Comparability Findings.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 12 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
