NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: IMPLEMENTATION OF FISH AND FISH PRODUCT IMPORT PROVISIONS OF THE MARINE MAMMAL PROTECTION ACT-NOTIFICATION OF COMPARABILITY FINDINGS

WASHINGTON, March 11 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Implementation of Fish and Fish Product Import Provisions of the Marine Mammal Protection Act-Notification of Comparability Findings.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 11 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
