WASHINGTON, May 12 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Determination of Overfishing or an Overfished Condition.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 12 by Kelly Denit, Director, Office of Sustainable Fisheries, National Marine Fisheries Service.

Summary: This action serves as a notice that NMFS has found that Atlantic white marlin and roundscale spearfish continue to be overfished; the Pribilof Island blue king crab stock continues to be overfished; and the Bering Sea snow crab is now overfished.
