WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Deep Seabed Mining: Notice of Receipt of Consolidated Application for Deep Seabed Mining Exploration License and Commercial Recovery Permit and Announcement of Public Comment Period and Virtual Public Hearing.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 19 by Neil A. Jacobs, Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and NOAA Administrator, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
