WASHINGTON, June 2 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Deep Seabed Mining: Notice of Receipt of Application for Deep Seabed Mining Exploration Licenses and Announcement of Public Comment Period and Virtual Public Hearing.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 2 by Neil A. Jacobs, Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and NOAA Administrator, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
