NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: ATLANTIC HIGHLY MIGRATORY SPECIES; PELAGIC LONGLINE MONITORING AREAS; ELECTRONIC MONITORING VENDOR CERTIFICATION

WASHINGTON, March 13 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; Pelagic Longline Monitoring Areas; Electronic Monitoring Vendor Certification.
