WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Review and Approval; Comment Request; Reporting Requirements for Sea Otter Interactions With Coastal Pelagic Species Fisheries; Coastal Pelagic Species Fishery Management Plan.
