WASHINGTON, March 20 -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Notice and Request for Comment; Consolidated Labeling Requirements and Procedures for Selecting Lines To Be Covered by the Theft Prevention Standard.
