U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) joined a letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Russell Vought demanding the Trump administration reverse course on illegally withholding $3.2 billion in appropriated funds for lifesaving global health and foreign aid programs, and spend the funding as Congress directed.
