MURFREESBORO, Tenn., Feb. 25 -- Middle Tennessee State University issued the following news release:
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - MTSU will briefly conduct two tests of its campus emergency alert system on Thursday, Feb. 26, with short messages for the university's 25,000-plus registered users via email, text, automated phone calls and social media, as well as via website and campus digital signage.
The tests of MTSU's RAVE Critical Notification System, conducted each semester in conjunction with the University Police Department, will begin at 1:15 p.m. Central Thursday, followed by a second test at 1:30 p.m., targeting only the main university website, mtsu.edu, and campus digital signage.
