Today, Rep. Frank J. Mrvan released a letter he sent to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in opposition to the emergency order forcing the Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) to maintain operations at two coal-fired generating units in Indiana and unnecessarily increase costs on ratepayers.
